♦協助在臺就讀之僑外學生媒合至臺灣企業或法人單位進行實務研習之機會

To promotes opportunities for international and overseas Chinese students who currently study in Taiwan R.O.C. to obtain training and internship position at companies, legal entities or social innovation organization in Taiwan.

♦實習津貼：新臺幣$7,500/月*5個月

Stipend: Trainee will be granted stipend $7,500 per month while attending this training and internship program for 5 months from July 1 st to November 30th of 2024.

Note:

1. Labor and health insurance deductible, income tax deductible will be deducted directly from the stipend.

2. If the monthly income is lower than “Monthly Basic Income*1.5”, the income tax deductible is 6 %; if your total monthly income is higher than “Monthly Basic Income*1.5”, the income tax deductible is 18%.

3. Trainee must hold a valid work permit while attending this training and internship program. Those who fail to obtain work permit will not be granted program stipend.

♦實務研習期程：自 2024 年 7 月 1 日至 2024 年 11 月 30 日止

Internship period: July 1st to November 30th , 2024

♦報名資格/Eligibility：

  1. 外籍生或僑生身分並持有外僑居留證者，不包含陸、港、澳 生。

　　 is International or overseas Chinese student and hold valid Alien Resident Card(ARC); *Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao students are not eligible for this program.

  2. 目前就讀於教育部核定之中華民國公私立大學校院。

　　is currently study at MOE approved colleges or universities in Taiwan R.O.C.

  3. 於申請計畫至參與期間，須保持在學生身分者，不包含在職專班學生 。

　　must maintain full-time student status while attending this program (from submitting application to the end of the program). *In-service students are not eligible for this program.

  4. 經錄取之研習生須於 2024 年 7 月 1 日至 11 月 30 日持有有效工作許可證。工作許可申請方式依各校規定辦理，請洽僑外生學務窗口。

　　must hold valid work permit when successfully being admitted to this program between July 1st to November 30th , 2024. *Work permit can be applied though your school. Please follow the regulation of your school to apply work permit.

♦申請方式/Application

1.有意參加本計畫之學生，於 2024 年 4 月 25 日下午 17:00 前至報名系統自行上傳相關履歷資料。

Applicants must complete application form and submit personal resume on the application portal before 5PM on April 25th , 2024. (the application portal: https://www.digitalent.org.tw/digiplus_reg.)

2.於人才循環網路學院完成本計畫指定先修課程，並於報名申請送出時檢附完課證明。(請先至上述報名系統註冊，於取得本計畫網路學院帳號密碼與連結，先修課程預計於3月底開放 。)
Applicant must complete the Talent Circulation prerequisite online course, obtain the completion certificate, and submit the certificate serial number within your application form. (Please register at the application portal first in order to obtain TCA Academy’s account/password information and links to TCA Academy; prerequisite course will be available by the end of March.)

本地生申請海外實習 (TCA outbound)

♦臺灣人才國際交流實習(計畫網站)：本計畫協助在大學校院二年級以上至畢業三年內之臺灣籍人才 (含應屆畢業生 ，不含海外就讀在學生)媒合至海外企業實習職缺，進行為期5個月的遠距實習 (含至少 2週海外參訪 )執行海外公司之實習內容。

♦計畫說明會(報名網址)：

•    日期： 2024/3/29(五) 14:00-15:35

♦實習期程：自2024年7月1日至2024年11月30日止，完成實習時數240小時，以及至少 2 週海外參訪。

♦申請參與本計畫之實習生應具備下列資格：
　(一) 中華民國籍。 
　(二) 為民國 113年大學校院應屆畢業生或112學年度第二學期 (2024年2月後 )就讀於我國大學校院大學二年級 (含)以上至研究所，不限科系之學生；
　(三) 或為民國 110年後自我國大專校院畢業且申請時無全職工作之人才。
　* 不含海外就讀學生 。

♦計畫津貼 Program Stipend and Allowance：
　1. 實習津貼 Stipend
　　計畫錄取之實習生自2024年7月1日至2024年11月30日止(共5個月)，給付每人每月實習津貼新臺幣8,800元。
　2. 海外參訪津貼 Allowance
　　錄取實習生之海外參訪津貼，依計畫「海外參訪津貼標準表」(如申請須知附件三)辦理。參訪津貼分兩次支給：實習生與實習單位討論並提交完整海外參訪規劃(50%)、實習生繳交成果報告並完成計畫成果發表與交流會(50%)。無出國事實者，不予補助此津貼。

♦有意參加計畫之申請人，於計畫申請系統完成履歷填寫並上傳相關資料後，經計畫辦事處確認符合資格者，即可投遞履歷應徵實習職缺，無須透過學校窗口薦送[2024/03/29(五)~2024/05/13(一)]。
